Giraudon Mens lace up 9.5 Mint condition worn 3 times only kept perfectly

My BF keeps his shoes in mint condition - he only wore these 3 times - soles in tact and always with a shoe tree - soles are 100%. Please note these are in European six 42.5 - he wears a 9.5 US - always gets that size and these are that size but please note the Foreign size listed on the leather inside
