Girl homemade blue dress

Truly one of a kind, this is a handmade dress that should fit an approximate girl size 6. Worn once about 20 years ago. Beautiful dark navy blue material. Has some dusty spots that should likely come out with a wash- this has been sitting in storage unused. Great for a little girl to wear to a wedding or other nice event. Measurements when flat: Pit to pit: 13 in Waist: 12 in Zipper: 12.5 in Shoulder to shoulder: 11 in Underskirt length (from waist to hem): 18 in Outerskirt length (from waist to hem): 23 in Shoulder to hem: 33 in Width of bottom of skirt (when naturally hanging): 23 in
