Good used condition no tears or obvious wear The seams are a little tight on this particular pair of shorts, but the fabric itself is very stretchy. My hips are 37" and it's a little hard to pull them up, tho it fits fine once it's on. The top seams on the inside have snapped near the label (pictured) but these seams are just for finishing and the actual seam holding the top hem together is still intact.
