Girl's Black and Gold Dress Formal Halloween Princess Wizard

This girl's black and gold princess/wizard dress would be great for a Halloween costume or to use for dress up. The tags on the dress are worn, so I don't know the exact size. Measurements: 37" long from top of shoulder to bottom of skirt 26" around the waist 20" arm length This is a very well made dress. The top is velvet and the bottom has two layered black satin skirts under a black and gold mesh overlay. The dress is 26" around the waist, but the back half of the waistband is elastic for more stretch. There is extra gold netting material around the front of the waist and hanging from the waist.
