Girls Christmas dress

Black velvet top. Umpire waist. Dark purple skirt with tulle underneath for volume. Zips up the back with a bow for a final touch! Both my daughters wore this. There isn't a spot on it as they only worn them to church. Excellent condition!! There is no stretch to the dress besides just a little give in the velvet. Waist band : 12" Velvet top : 9.5" shoulder to belt Skirt Length : 23" belt to bottom Total length : 32.5"
