Girls' Design History White Tiered Sleeveless Sundress w/Pink Embroidery - M?

Darling sundress with bright pink embroidery and tiered bottom. Fully lined and buttons down the back of the bodice. Excellent used condition with minimal signs of wear. Missing the size tag. I was unable to locate a size chart for this specific brand but seems to fall in the range of a girls' size medium. Please check measurements to confirm fit of dress.
