Girl’s Dress

Dress is super soft and comfortable. Top part is a soft, lightweight ribbed fabric. Skirt part is a flowy soft polyester type fabric. Skirt has a ruffle at the bottom and is a bit of a high-low. Back is a bit longer. Skirt at front side is 16” long. Waist has good stretch and lying flat, measures 11”. Skirt has a built in slip. Size is 7-8.
