Beautiful black velvet top and taffeta type skirt make up this lovely girls dress. Can be worn with or without the pink sash. Skirt portion of dress has an inner lining to add body to the skirt. This is a quality Suzanne Lively dress. Bodice is rayon velvet; skirt portion is 100% silk and lining of skirt is 100% acetate. Easy over-the-head on/off. Worn only one time - like new condition.
