Girls Dress from Nordstrom - worn once

Girls dress bought at Nordstrom and literally worn once (for 1st day of school last year). Navy and White color. Tag says 14, but it fits like a Girls size 10 as it runs small. The dress is practically new... not a spot on it. Worn one time. It’s lined, has a side zipper and adjustable shoulder straps.
