Girls Felt and Tulle Floral and Black Dress

This dress isn’t stained even though the pictures appear so. The top is felt which is how the camera is picking it up. The bottom is tulle, under a gold shimmery waistband with a second layer beneath. The back has a button in working order. The top is plain black, and the bottom is floral. This would also be a cute holiday dress with a poinsettia feel.
