Really gorgeous rich black tulle skirt. Tulle has dotted print imbedded in it. 3-horizontal tiers This is a substantial skirt. with pretty tulle cinching at each one, including at hem. Ribbon trim at waist. Polyester lining. Color is a dark rich black color (even though the photographs look a little brown). Perfect condition, no tags but NEVER worn! Hanna Andersson size 140.
