Girls Garnet Hill stretch cotton dress

Girls Garnet Hill floral tiered swing dress. Short sleeves with gathering at the cuffs and neck. The fabric is not listed but it is a soft stretch cotton. The size is a 12 but I'd say it fits more like a 10. There is some piling and a small mark on the front you can see in the photos.
