The skirt has elastic at waist which stretches from 8” to 11” for an adjustable fit. Skirt is fully lined for comfort. The buttery silky gold color of the fabric shimmers in the light and the embroidery is not too heavy for a child this age. This had a top, but I can’t find it. So selling this as a skirt and scarf that that you can add a white top for any event and then use for costume and dress up role play as a princess or for tea party fun!
