Girls iridescent mermaid costume dress. This strapless outfit is perfect for a Halloween costume, dress-up fun, or everyday wear! It has a silky body with printed scales and shimmery polka dots on the front side. The back has a vertical purple "fin" down the middle. The top has an iridescent material that ruches around and pucker upwards. The bottom skirt is layered with a matching iridescent material and an underlayer of purple and pink that looks like a fin. It is pre-owned and in good condition. The iridescent layer of the skirt has one small section that has pulled away from the body.
