Girls Plaid Skirt

Super cute tutu-style skirt made of a tweed-like fabric. It's thick and well-made, with several layers to make it fluff out. The plaid is red and black with some sparkle in it. My daughter wore it for a Christmas program and it was adorable with knee-high socks and mary janes! No visible flaws.
