The 100% Cotton pin wale corduroy is super soft and the smocked corduroy has a luxurious velvety feel!! The dress is done in a beautiful red hue and has hand-embroidery done in shades of pink, red and green. The fully smocked bodice is what sets this dress apart! The entire bodice is smocked in an amazing lattice design. Little embroidered bullion clusters done in shades of pink and red have Kelly green leaves and are hand-sewn along the vertical lines of the lattice design. The Peter Pan collar has a matching red cord piping. The short sleeves have three French tucks adding sophistication to the dress. An upper back button closure has 3 red pearlized buttons. French tucks are a high-end feature and add such detail to this traditional dress! A matching tie-back sash makes for a perfect fit and has a single belt loop to keep it in place.
