Girls Red White & Blue Dress - Brand is Basics on the tag - the tag says Large size doesn’t specify the age size but it’s more likely for 4-5yrs old. My daughter wore it at 5yrs old. Pls see the approximate measurement on photos taken lay flat as it might fit your girl’s size. But I put 4 yrs old on the size chart. - the top part is stretchable - there are some flaws, minimal stain that you can barely see.
