This costume is so much cuter in person. Pictures do not do it justice. It has a built in petticoat to make the dress flare out. Hat is headband style. There is some slight red marks that will most likely come off with some good ole soap and water and a little scrub. They are honestly not really noticeable and won’t even be seen in the dark!
