Girls Skirted Tunic

Tulle (netting)- has some pulls- Had to have it stitched when in use because it had a small hole near under arm (shown in pic #5). Does show signs of wear- flaws are shown in pictures. But still has plenty of wear left. Can be worn with leggings or tight jeans like jeggings. Great for back to school!
