Girls Small Handmade by Grannie Annie Summer Sleeveless Dress with Hat

Girls small handmade by Grannie Annie sleeveless summer dress and matching hat. Dress has heart shaped pockets. Measurements are approximately: 20" top to bottom 8" across sleeve 24" across bottom Size on tag is listed as small. It was in with our daughter's 3T clothes and the measurements are very similar to those of 3T sized dresses. Hat has a small tag that also says small. There is a very small pink spot on inside of hat that I tried to capture in last photo. Item come from a smoke-free home. Hangers are not included.
