Girl’s Small White Sequin Dress with Heavy Satin Bow & Tulle Crinoline

Small. White sequin geometric design with high waist satin belt that you can bow or layer (pictured). Inner sheath prevents dress from being itchy. High quality but starting to fray on the hem (see last picture). Not really noticeable but wanted to be honest.
