Girls Smocked Dress Blue Pink Luli & Me Embroidery Size 18 Months NWOT

This Precious Luli & me dress is perfect for Spring!! The pastel blue dress is sleeveless and has a ruffled collar. The collar has special details in that it has three rows, each hand-faggoted together (a high-end stitch found in heirloom clothing). The bodice is smocked in an accordion smocking with pink embroidery done in a lattice design. At the waist sits two rows of pink embroidered flowers stretching from one side to the other. In between the layers are little yellow embroidered daisies with orange centers. The blue cotton blend fabric skirt is slightly sheer creating a soft wispy effect over the top of the white liner. Arm openings are done in a matching blue piping. Upper button back. Another special feature of this dress is the button back sash/belt. The double button sash adds a tailored look compared to the typical tie-back sash.
