@leilalassetter ok, bare with me because i don’t know how to really measure clothing 😄 the waist is 13” across when laid flat so I guess double that for the waist measurement? The skirt is about 20” from waist to bottom and then 6-8” of fringe that goes beyond that 20”. I hope that helps!

@thorpeshelly I wish I could send a picture! When I lay it flat, my fabric tape measure shows about 14” across at the waistband. It is somewhat stretchy. It was my experience that I thought it ran a touch big. I hope that helps!
