Girls Sz 10 strapless dress

This a girls Sz 10 strapless dress with 2 velvet ribbons to tie as a halter. The bodice of the dress is shirred bandeau. There are belt loops, but I never had the belt. I didn’t notice the loops when I purchased the dress, so you can easily remove them or find a matching belt. The skirt is full with a layer of tulle underneath that shows on the bottom about 2 inches below the outer skirt, very cute!
