Girls’ Toddler Longsleeve Polkadot Dress

Cat & Jack girls’ 4T longsleeve polkadot dress. Like new, there are no stains, but there is a blue spot on the front not sure if this is from the printing or is a stain (zoom in at the end). There is some evidence of wear from being in dryer (can be seen in pics).
