Girls Velvet Patterned Christmas Dress Sz

Vintage patterned and velvet dress purchased from The Wooden Soldier back in the early 90's. Crinoline/tulle under skirt to make it bell out. The gold in the skirt is metallic and catches light incredibly! Worn once, laundered and stored in climate controlled storage. This dress has a size on the tag, but it's very difficult to read. Dry clean only. Smoke free home, but we do have cats. Make an offer my mom can't refuse!
