Girl’s Velvet Sparkle Dress

Infant girl’s holiday dress is just beautiful! Black velvet bodice. Wide gold metallic sash goes around waist to tie in the back. Large gold bow sits on top of sash in the front. Skirt is made up of 3 layers: the innermost layer is a slip that has a tulle crinoline at the bottom of hem; then the middle tier is another plain white slip; & the outermost layer is sheer mesh covered in velvet scrolling in intricate patterns & sparkling golden glitter.
