Girls’ Velvety Blue Comfy Tunic/Dress

Lovely velvety blue tunic/dress. Great condition (like new) because they grow so fast! This is great because it is soft and stretchy so very comfortable. Can be worn long like a dress and then as a tunic top after she grows. Can be casual or a little dressy. So versatile! Length is 27”. Pit to pit 15.5”. Arm length about 17”. If a little big, the fabric will probably just drape. Cuff at sleeve so can probably push up if long. Arm cuff at wrist is about 7” circumference. Ask if any questions. 😁
