Little girl’s vintage 90’s Mayfair long sleeve dress. The fabric is a lightweight poly/cotton blend in pink with tiny pink and blue dots. It has a rounded collar and gathering at the chest. The dress buttons at the back of the neck. It would look so cute layered under a sweater or cardigan. The dress is in good vintage condition but the elastic at the cuffs is completely relaxed.
