Girl's Vintage Olive Green Print Blouse w/ Long Sleeves & Collar

Vintage girl's olive green cotton print blouse. Has long sleeves with 2 button holes on the cuff for cuff links. I would use a ribbon and tie in a bow. The collar is one piece. The print design features ornate scissors. Measurements 18 inches armpit to armpit 21 1/2 inches back length 4 1/2 inches from neck to sleeve 15 1/2 inches sleeve length The are no tags except for one that says 32. I'm not sure if this is the size or not (this is an early 60s blouse). I would say this is a girl's size 12 or 14. There are no tears.
