Girl's Vintage Skirt w/ Wide Waistband Purple & Blue Dotted Swiss Cotton

Vintage school skirt purple & blue dotted swiss cotton Has 2 buttons closure with placket Also the front of the wide waistband has 3 peaks with a button on each outer peak. The waistband has piping where it attaches to the gathered skirt. Measurements 19 inch length from bottom of waistband to bottom of skirt. The waistband measures about 3 inches wide 10 1/2 inch waist (total 21 inches around) There are no tags. This skirt was handmade late 50s or early 60s.
