Girls’ Vintage Velvet Dress

Elegant velvet dress for girls. Beautiful burgundy color with glamorous details including rhinestone buckle and color-shifting beads at neckline. Very good used condition with minimal signs of wear, as shown in photos. There are a few small snags along left side of skirt and on bow at waist. The hook at the top of the zipper has fallen off, so there is a safety pin on the inside to help the zipper stay up. It is not visible from the outside/back of dress - as you can tell from the last photo.
