Girls XS Navy sequin & tool formal dress

Worn once time to a wedding rehearsal dinner. 3 layers of tool on bottom, sequined top shirt layer on front. Even the collar and sleeve have soft tool detail. Multiple layers on both top and bottom to keep it soft against skin. So many compliments when my daughter wore this (at 6yrs). No stains/rips. Non smoking pet dander free home.
