Girls black party dress size Medium

Adorable black party dress with rosette pattern in the lacey overlay, and tulle trimmed skirt for fullness and twirl. Can be a precious party dress, or Sunday dress, as well. Maybe worn 3-4 times for special occasions. Width at armpits is approx 12”—there’s stretch in the material, but that’s unstretched. Length from neckline to bottom hem is approx 24”.
