Girls black velvet party dress, 6x--pretty details!

Gorgeous holiday or party dress that will make your little girl happy! Sleeveless and below-knee-length, it is washable polyester (90%) and spandex (10%) but feels like silk velvet. The front bodice is adorned with three little black ribbon bows, the back has shiny decorative buttons, and the hem is ringed with more ribbon and bows (all the way around). Fully lined and wonderful quality! (I think N Kids is a retired Nordstrom brand.) I'd totally wear this myself. It is a generous size 6X, measuring 14 inches across at the widest part under the arms and 31 inches shoulder to hem. It works with a pretty top underneath or a pretty sweater over. Gathers at the waist mean that this dress is great for twirling!
