Girls formal dress

Dark blue formal dress. The tag was irritating my daughter so I had to cut it off the one time she wore it. But I believe this dress is a 14/16. It is from Kohl’s but I am unsure of the brand. Very beautiful dress! I did get approximate measurements: Width while flat approximately 11” From top of shoulder to bottom of dress is approximately 33” From bottom of armpit to bottom of dress is approximately 25”. There are 2 small holes in lining which I show in pic and reflect in price!
