Girls formal steel blue velvet taffeta dress

Girl's taffeta and velvet dress. Steel blue skirt with black velvet cap sleeve bodice. Zipper back. Raised ribbon embellishment on skirt. Broch at waste can be removed (not an exact match but came with the dress). We substituted with a rhinestone snowflake brooch and used the original brooch on a hair clip. Tulle underskirt. A beautiful choice for a winter wedding flower girl, school concert or holiday party.
