Girls from Savoy Party Skirt (size M/L)

This super fun black and blue bell skirt has an exposed red zipper in the back. The material is stiff, so the bell keeps its shape. (Watch out for cold winds, lol.) It is high-waisted; the skirt measures 18in from the bottom of the black waistband. It's in excellent shape and great for the holidays with a sexy black top!
