Girls from Savoy Tea Length dress

Really cute dress that is fun to dance in. If you want a skirt that spins when you twirl, this dress will be a lot of fun. It has a removable adjustable halter strap or you can wear it strapless. Zipper in back. Skirt is about Tea-length. It had two layers in the skirt, the underneath layer has a cute pink bottom edge that flashes when you spin :) The dress is a size 2. The elastic in the back is stretched a tiny bit but it still is very usable. This is a sassy but classy piece.
