Girls gorgeous rare tea party dress!!!!!

We bought at our fave local boutique! Floral pattern w/ slight pilgrim collar that’s hand knitted collar, Also has button detail on the front & hidden zipper closure on the back. Skirt of dress is fully lined w/ silky fluffy material. Not itchy like a typical petti :) my fave is the white cuff detail on the long sleeves:) so sad she’s getting big. Only worn 3x
