Girls hand made dress

Adorable dress!!! It ties at the shoulders for adjustment can grow with the child. Never been worn . 18 in from the bottom of the arm pit. Looks so cute with a tee underneath and leggings. Quality made. Not sure about the size but I’d say size 5 and grow into a 6.
