Girls home sewn red velvet dress

This dress was sewn for me by my Mom in the mid-1960s. I’m guessing on the size but it measures 10 1/2” shoulder to shoulder, 14“ across chest and is 22” long. It does have a deep hem so you could lengthen it a bit.
