clothespinpenny ok measure the arm opening is about 6/7inches in length and @6 inches wide. The vest length is 16” in the front and 19” in the back. The neck when buttoned is @6” as well. My daughter never wore it so can’t say how it got her. I would say it would fit an average size 7 yr old. Hope that helps.
