Girl's silk Ao Dai formalwear

This ao dai was purchased in Vietnam and worn once for a wedding. The turquoise top is close fitting with three-quarter sleeves, long side slits and a painted floral design down the front. The wide legged pants are made out of white silk satin and show through the deep side slits. It does wash beautifully. Please refer to the measurements in the pictures to determine if this will fit. It has been altered slightly, and note that the size tag does not reflect American sizing. My best guess is that this is about a girls' size 12 but this fabric is not stretchy. Offers welcome!
