Very cute black and white zebra printed dress. Black velour top with silky layered zebra print ruffled skirt. short cap sleeves designed to look like a shrug over a square neck. Black trim at waist with white flour embellishment in the front flows to a tie in the back. Dress measures 29 inches long. Please note there is a slight imperfection in front by waist. very hard to notice unless close. Refer to pictures in detail
