Girls size 14 read halter neck dress with Lace & tulle

This is a brand new size 14 girls dress. It is a halter style with material that ties around the neck. In excellent condition everything works and nothing is missing. It is lace on the top and tulle on the bottom half. There is material to tie in the back.
