This is a girls or ladies Size Small ruffled plaid mini-skirt by Chime. It is pre-owned and comes from a smoke-free home.It has a 3 inch wide waistband, and almost 4 inch ruffles - a set of 3 stacked on each other. Total length of the skirt is 14-1/2 inches from very top of waist to the hem. Waistband is flat across the stomach, then faux smocking around both sides, then flat to a 3-1/4 inch zipper in the center back. Skirt is 100% polyester, hand wash and hang to dry. It is a vibrant lime green base (almost matches the River Island shirt) and black plaid, making it look Goth. Ships in a padded envelope.
