Gitano Kaleidoscope And Abalone Wrist Watch

This Gitano watch seems not to be special until you look at the faceted crystal and abalone inlay. It's a kaleidoscope!! Very pretty. It just needed a new SR626SW watch battery to get going. The 1 1/8 inch face and time pin are in good condition but do show some wear. The faceted crystal is about 1 inch across and shows no scratching that I could discover. The back is marked 1878 and the metal casing has some pocking. The black leather strap is in good condition. It is dry so I put some olive oil on it. It has already soaked in so another treatment might be in order. The movement for this watch is made in Japan. This could be worn by woman or man.
