samanthaslender Hi there, I’m sorry I just now picked up this package. I came down sick and I wasn’t able to pick up my mail. I just open this up and it wasn’t packed very good. As soon as I picked up the box, you could hear the piece moving around. It wasn’t padded properly. It’s a beautiful piece and it’s destroyed . The head is broken off the figure. It looks like it’s all chipped too. I didn’t open up the plastic. I just took a picture of it through plastic I’m not sure how I should proceed with.

paraventi15k @samanthaslender That’s totally weird. I thought it was wrapped well. The figurine definitely wasn’t chipped or broken before shipment.

samanthaslender @paraventi15k no I would say I got chipped from the head coming off and just bouncing around during shipment. I think there wasn’t enough padding all the way around there was too much free space for it to go back-and-forth. I’m really down about it. It was beautiful. I bought it from my sister. I have photos. I couldn’t send them here. I sent them to customer service. I don’t know how to figure this out if I send it back or what. It just got broke during shipment and then Poshmark pay for it.
