Giuseppe Zanotti Bejeweled Embellished Heels in the color Blue. Open toe. Adjustable strap with metal buckle. Heels. In pre-loved condition, the strap has some wear and the holes weirdly have closed up (but can be poked through, I just didn't want to leave that to the next owner).
